Highlands Truck Racing is a small team of only 2, Driver: Fletcher Christian and Partner Casey Lee. We are based in the Southern Highlands of NSW. This team commenced in 2007 after purchasing the much loved "Diamond Reo" from our team inspiration Frank and Marie Amaroso (Truck # 96)

The Reo was damaged when Fletcher took over ownership and being brand new to the game we were kindly directed to the truck racing greats Charlie and Steven Zammit (Truck # 1) who put in endless hours and knowledge to get the old guy back on the track. After taking on a complete make-over to the colours we run now Fletcher and the Reo have had an exciting, learning and testing 3 years. Not only did Fletcher have to learn to race with 14 other mean looking trucks he had to learn to wrestle a road ranger (10 speed manual) gear box while attempting to control a very spirited and head strong Super Truck. The advice and assistance from all other drivers and team members made this process much smoother and enjoyable for all.

The Reo "Frank" is powered by a Cummins Big Cam through a 10 speed road ranger gear box featuring water cooled drum brakes and a water cooled inter-cooler.

This form of racing has proved to be the most exciting, enjoyable and friendly with every-one ready to help each other regardless of team, truck or track position it really is a family orientated sport with a competitive edge which always ensures an eventful, funfilled weekend with the closest, clean racing every time these massive machines come together.
